What's sad is that the doctor said to "draw something where I want to cut" The drawing takes up her whole leg. It's implied she wanted to slice her entire leg up. That's so sad and horrible she's going through something that would make her want to do that much damage
There's this place I've seen in TV where people who have cutting and self harming go. Instead of hurting themselves, they go to this place to smash plates. The wall has different targets like "your day, your ex, your work, your family" etc. And they target it and keep smashing until they feel better.
Don't use a pencil. It's sharp and it might hurt you on accident. Sharpies are better. Yeah, you might get skin poisoning from so much use, but hey, it's not cutting :D
I used to do something like this... I wrote "Be a burning star if it takes all night" (yes, that's a line from My Chemical Romance's-Save Yourself, I'll hold them back) on my wrist, and outlined it daily... But my stepdad got angry at me and told me to stop it...
Actually markers use ink as well, and that's not good for your skin. I use gel pens, because the gel base doesn't absorb through your skin. Plus, it's colorful! :)
I'm here if anyone wants to talk, okay? Stay strong lovelies! :)
Shut your mouth. She's trying to share her drawing with others and offer an alternative to self harm. She's showing off her thighs. Ooh, so provocative *sarcastic*

If anyone needs to talk or vent out, I'm here. Used to self-harm but no more. :D
