Populated by gun-toting people with an over-inflated sense of importance and an underdeveloped sense of belonging to a larger community that is not texas.
I am from a farm town in New York State. We here are envious of Texas and her freedoms and lack of debt. Unfortunately for the 5million of us there is 8.5million asshats like Mgovia that want to waste our money and resources
on useless projects and on people who have no legal right to even be here. We are ranked 50, dead last among states to retire in because of our property and income taxes. $150,000 dollar house and I pay $4800 in property taxes this year and more than that every year. This is not sustainable. We were ranked 46th state to start a business in. Our crooked governor applauded that as progress. We used to be 48th. Our primary exports are agricultural products but that is slipping because the farms are being regulated into subdivisions. NYC has skewed the world's perception of NYS and it is sad. Fight the good fight Texas, we may come stay for a spell.
We have a town in ny that has tractor day at the school the students are encouraged to drive tractors to school that day not stupid little lawn mowers but real tractors from real farms it is cool.
I'm not even from Texas but it's pretty judgemental of you to say that. They're not all fat loud and conservative but all people like you are loud ignorant and obnoxious.
Judging from your past comments I can assume you hate Americans quite fiercely....did they do something to you personally or is it just because it's the cool thing to do now?
Oh, the things you can learn on FS.
"Uh... Stupid?"
"No! I'm Texas!"
"What's the difference? :D"
