I see the potential of 600 dirty dishes being left to build up in there....I would have to just move. No thank you.

Shouldn't there be drains in the two plain ones?

Those are not as deep, so one is a strainer sitting over the further recessed sink, the other is just a dish. Should be next to the cutting board for ease of cut food collection.
