sometimes we can... it has happened to girls at work, school, friends etc... we just choose to not say anything, since the whole topic & situation would be uncomfortable.
When it's that time of the month, I usually get scared that I may smell under there so I keep my legs tightly crossed when I'm sitting and there's people around me
Sanitary towels do smell though; if you're in a public loo next to someone wearing one you can smell it. (Sorry!)
Stoner, you're right about this being more body odour related. I have a colleague who washes his clothes but very obviously doesn't dry them well- they stink. How the hell does one tell him that he stinks, even if it's not his body that does the stinking?
tash, you could probably start a conversation about how your clothes dryer doesn't work anymore... he might tell you how he does his clothes and boom, there's your chance to tell him in an indirect way that if the clothes aren't dried properly, they smell
Does this really happen?
