the dog is "in jail" like replace the prisoner with a dog, the man is just literally in prison I'm guessing.

Ohhhhhhh i get it!!!! They did the same things to the man as we do to dogs!!! Like they take dogs away from their moms like the police did to him.

I thought it was that the dog bit someone so the owner had to go to jail or something
