The reason people are more worried about the economy than the environment is because with no economy we have no money with which to fix the environment.

I think the opposite actually. No environment- no resources- no money. Or, no environment- no more life- worthless money

I get it. But we can't fix the environment. A lot of is is no renewable. So our best bet is to stop hiring it. Yes, we can fix some things ...i can go on and on....but hopefully you get my point too ;)
