Seriously, though, I'm not saying she lacks all responsibility for this, but does anyone else think that the more experienced people (likely men) around should have run her through the basics first? It's incredibly dangerous not to. I guess it's worth it for some people just to have yet another girl/gun fail video on the internet.
On a related note, MGB and I looked up videos on youtube before we went to the range for the first time. I think there was one ex-marine or someone in particular that had a really good series that covered the basics. Just a little fyi for some of you that, like we were, are interested in maybe making target shooting a new hobby, but are a bit too intimidated to take the first steps.

She had absolutely no business handling, let alone firing, a weapon without knowing the basics. She's a grown woman who should know better, and yes the people around her should have made sure she did. Watching this frustrates me.
