Sometimes taking a multivitamin helps. That's what I do. I tend to get less cravings this way.

As a person with an eating disorder, I have had a similar book, like a "thinspo" book. I'm now in recovery - but it was helpful to stop "craving" (eating). :3

why are people up voting this, im glad your in recovery but the fact you had a thinsperation book to help you not eat should not be a good thing. Good luck with getting better, its hard but your worth it.

Maybe because they're using the book to fix their disorder by eating less?

You shouldn't. Health is always prettier than 'skinny'. Trust me, I've been there.
