I've noticed that the majority of 'Not available on this platform' bullshit is music uploads, even the legit ones like Vevo.
I would assume that it is because of the paid premium music services out there.
Death of Net Neutrality is already happening.

Also, if it's iOS, it may be blocked on the app's end, not the uploader's. iOS blocks a lot of copyrighted music on youtube app.

I doubt that it's on copywrite grounds. It think it is more likely they want you to buy it through iTunes rather than listen to it on YouTube for free.
