Restart computer. Right before you see the windows screen press f8 repeatedly. Then choose safe mode from prompt. After windows starts see if there is an admin account where you login. Log on to admin account. It should have no password. Then go to account settings in control panel. When you see a list of accounts, choose your everyday one. Then change its type to administrator. Save then restart computer

Or you could find the nearest highway overpass and toss it over the edge, preferably during rush hour and right in front of a semi.
