A teacher could teach you all the subjects, it's just that they specialize in one. It's not like they ignore everything outside their field.
And what we learn is just general knowledge. Later in life, you can specialize in whatever you want.
Or would you rather just have one subject an have six hours of math everyday?
Isn't this classical? Why does people whine so much, making fun of those who accept things, and make such a big deal just because they want things to go easy for them?
Well also don't forget the one about the kid wanting his test back then the teacher say " I haven't finished grading them " then asking the student for his homework " I haven't finished it yet "
This does make sense. Yes the teacher has more papers to grade than the student has to do but here's the thing: the teacher has the answers in a book. Unless it's like an essay the teacher usually has the answers so grading regular stuff shouldn't be hard just time consuming
