**Spoiler alert** I would consider Luke an Anti-Hero because he was possessed by cronos most of the time and when he regained his mind back he managed to finish cronos off
Actually because he is a psychopath he doesn't care about anyone and he just manipulates people for his own gain. He manipulates Harley just like everyone the reason it seems worse is because she loves him and he sees her as a tool.
