Here's a girl putting her foot in one, but I haven't actually seen anyone walking them. She looks like a trained dancer from her attire, but that's just my opinion.

20 inches? Try 20 cm (8 inches) lol. They are still a ridiculous height, but they sure aren't 20 inches.

Okay, so it wasn't just me! I look up shoes a lot and I was pretty sure these were only 8 inches, but I didn't want to say something and be wrong because I wasn't sure.
