Not all programs are compatible with Mac OS. However Mac hardware is able to run windows if necessary (which is likely what's happening here). Try to run a mac program on your windows.
So Mac has an emulator to create a Windows environment. Linux can do dis to. And I'm not really sure what Mac software I'd need to run on my PC that doesn't already come in PC version. Just sayin.
Here's the thing, their hardware and software EULA is so strict and draconian (don't do this, you're not allowed to do that.) that it is probably a violation of the EULA to use a Mac in their factories to make them.
