Man it is possible! There was this bar regular I had that would always come in and help me do dishes and close the bar down nearly every night. I would complain about various boyfriends. He would always compliment me and do bitch work for me. well.....we are happily married with a gorgeous daughter.

Yeah I think it's best to date your best friend, that way you get to know a guy instead of asking out some possible serial killer. Like, you understand a persons interests and personality and pet peeves and it's just so easy to get along.
