They have this in most Asian countries. And it's not just mcdonalds it's everyone even Taco Bell delivers.

We got a McDonald's app on which we can order and also the Chinese version of Facebook on which we can add McDonald's as a friend and have them take our order.

Oh, no, they take your order and you also give them your address and they deliver. The automated speaker on their delivery hotline, when busy, reminds you of this more efficient alternative.
