I hate it when people do that to me in public.. There's a place and time for everything, and that is the internet.

You're not supposed to end a sentence in a preposition. It should be "Around whom no one wants to hang."

Being a Grammar Nazis is the most annoying form of some one trying to get attention.

I think the first guy's first sentence is just fine.
