I would argue there's nothing wrong with jiggling breast. But, in this post, I think they're being used as a substitute for actual content. For instance, you look at all the other posts on this site, and you see really clever, humorous, and thought-provoking content. Yes, some of these other posts contain boobs, but the boobs are used as part of a joke. This post is 100% boobs. No punchline. No creativity.
