You're just starting to fall asleep. Sleep makes your eyelids heavy and you succumb to their darkness. You pull the covers over your shoulders. A sudden thud on the window above you makes you slightly open your eyes. Branches land on the glass all the time, so you think nothing of it. You find your way to the darkness once again, but this time it does not comfort you. "What if it's something else?" Thoughts are racing in every direction, and your heart pounds heavily. You slowly open one eye to see into the sky above. Your eyes are adjusting at an abnormally slow rate. You sit up to see better and tip your head to notice the trail of blood dripping down the side of the glass. Suddenly a coldness spreads through your body and panic sinks in. You find yourself unable to move . A hand slowly creeps down your back, and scratches your neck with it's long fingernails. A soft voice whispers in your ear "You shouldn't have done that."
That's really nice of you to say, thank you! You just made my day. I'm insecure about my writing so doing something like this was outside my bubble. :3
Trackislife is right it was really good! So you have nothing to be insecure about. Stay outta the bubble. That was the most enjoyable part of this post
Yes, but since the window is on the ceiling it wouldn't happen until ten o'clock or so, and that's assuming it faces eastward, so it could potentially take even longer.
Screw that. Maybe in a library or activity room, but a bedroom? No way.
my bedroom now has blackout curtains.how the hell am I supposed to blockout a direct line to hell.
...perfect until the creepy forest hermit took to staring into your skylight at night.
