Fringe event

If this was in NY she is probably used to it. I saw a guy licking his shoe clean (?) and a woman in a bright pink wig wearing a trash bag and gluing maccaroni to it (??) all during the same trip.

Oh my gosh I thought people acted weirdly here in Australia but I've never seen that before

The one on the left has some sort of black strap over her shoulder and the one on the right doesn't.
