I would just like to say that many of these (stolen phones with pictures uploaded to the cloud) could be someone's way of showing pictures of themselves to get feedback because they feel too shy to post a selfie by itself. I mean the person who actually owns the device. I don't mean all of them are, but it seems plausible that some could be, kind of like when someone says that it is their "friend" who is having a problem to avoid putting themselves in the spotlight but for these it's posted online so nobody could see if it the poster is actually the person in the pictures. TLDR.

Was meaning the phone was never stolen just posted as saying so in order for the person to posts selfies without feeling like they were being judged for simply posting the self. Some people just think that makes more sense because they are that self-conscious. Not necessarily in this case but just a possible idea. Sorry, no grand larceny.
