The only thing with this is that there will be so many people complaining of wasting tax money for reason like drugs, alcohol, obesity, etc.

We pay for healthcare in our taxes in Canada so we get not free healthcare but universal healthcare which means that our hospitals are run like institutions rather than buisinesses.
