I don't think a "first world problem" has ever Pissed me off as much as this one has.

Well you friend is either on welfare or makes under $22 000 a year, everyone else pays pro -rated up to $69.25 a month. (I live in BC)

Since it says health insurance, it's rather vague, but couldn't it also be health insurance issued by the friend's employing company? I'm not too familiar with this stuff. (I live in ON)
