Let me clarify, now i'm no fan of Justin Bieber but stopping one show really was a good idea, singing and performing and jumping around for a couple of hours would
a) not let him perform to his best, letting down his fans who are paying hundreds of
dollars and
b) it would make his cold worse, making him perform badly for a fair few of his shows and maybe making a cold develop into something more serious.
I admire Frank Lero for not letting his fans down, but if they were true fans, they would rather him be safe in bed or hospital.
sure they might want that for him, but he loves his fans that much and wants to show them. he knows he's nothing without his fans. bieber doesn't care.
of course it doesn't sound good but people don't care. They would MUCH rather you be there and get to see you live in person and sound bad then not see you at all
I'm pretty sure that if you have had an accident where you are in need of oxygen supply, you shouldn't be doing something as physically demanding as performing at a concert. I'm sure his fans would rather want him recovering in hospital then risk having further complications... well I know I would want that for my idols
Not accident, seriously ill. And he sure as hell managed just fine. And I'm pretty sure the fans appreciated him even more for the sacrifice he made. I'm pretty sure the post was about the comparative levels of dedication of these performers.
The only time they (mcr) have ever postponed (not cancelled) a show was when two of them were bed ridden and the other two were on crutches (or something like that). And that happened while shooting a video. So that shows you who's dedicated.
When you think of rock bands from 2000s on , My Chemical Romance isn't any where near the top. I only know 1 of their songs and had to search several sites before I found either a song or album ranked in the top 150. I specifically didn't look at sites that rank based on sales. After reading this again, maybe the point was that this Frank guy was the idiot and Bieber was supposed to be the idol.
I'm not saying he was an icon. I'm saying that this man, along with his former band mates, are bigger idols than Beiber can ever be. The number of times they were on the top charts means nothing. Beiber doesn't really care much for his fans. Personally, I think the fame got to his head. The four members of MCR knew that without their fans, they'd be nowhere. They care so fucking much about their fans and after going through everything they did (if you need an explanation of that, ask), they probably owe it to the fans and each other for all of them being alive. Frank Iero has said so many times how much he loves the people who have stuck with them forever. The other members have said it so many times also. They realize that no matter how many top hits they have, they're alive thanks to their wonderful fans. They've been through hell and back with only themselves and their fans. I'm not saying they should be icons. I am saying, however, that they are idols than Beiber ever will be.
Frank Lero is suck a douche! I'm sure all his suicidal fans would have loved if he dropped dead on stage! I mean this band is pathetic, one good song (black parade) over 8 years? I'd rather listen to Justin bieber, at least his songs aren't emo bullshit!
Who would agree with you?
Now, I want you to look back on what you wrote and just see why you'd 1) wish death on anyone or 2) want plenty of suicidal people's idol and reason to continue living to die. Because there's really no logical reason.
yes, he made a very dangerous and dumb move by going to the concert, that much is true. But you dont have to insult the entire band and say everything they do is shit. opinions and insults are 2 very different things
