https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=asapscience+sleep One of these may have an answer. I don't remember which one, but I recall him talking about the different kinds of sleep, pertaining pretty much to how long they are. So like, 30 min: power nap, 3 hours: REM sleep, though I'm not sure if those are the actual numbers :/

Once someone told me that this happens because your body dehydrates during the nap so the solution is to drink water before sleeping. It has worked for me.

Especially when I was in high school. My mom would wake me up for dinner, and I would frantically start getting dressed, thinking I was late for school.

I hate it when you feel more tired than you did before the nap.

When I wake up from naps, I'm always tired and lazy.
