hmm i get it. my thing is you don't like it, don't look. yes i understand this is pretty hard to do especially if there is an old man/woman walking around flaunting it, but hey more power to them. if they're comfortable flauntin what they got, who the hell cares what other people think?
OR where what you need to wear because no one wants to have a heat stroke or dehydrate

How dare you suggest that a person's health is more important than other people not wanting to look at something they don't like! If people aren't allowed to be judgemental morons their inferiority complexes will consume them and they'll just disappear.
I also live near Rotterdam and the weather wasn't that bad.. It rained for 2 weeks or something in August, but it wasn't cold then. And at the moment it is 18 degrees celsius, but it was still like summer (25 degrees) until last week. We've had worse summers.
Yeah, is not that hot I suppose but maybe too hot for some people specially if they are more of a cold weather.

You live near Rotterdam? Well that nicely eviscerates my snide little comment.
I lived in Eindhoven for a few months one summer, it was one of the hottest summers I can remember, certainly hot enough that people could get heat stroke in the right conditions, the locals didn't see it as being unusually hot though. And I'm not from a cold country.

Well sometimes we have unusually hot summers but i think it's rare.
Or maybe it's the secret Dutch weather control machine.
Btw it's Koningsdag (kingsday) now ;)
