What school lets you bring a kitten to school? Like once In 5th grade this kid snuck a duck into class but he got suspended and we all had to get checked for rabies because we all petted it....

I don't believe what you're saying because
1) BIRDS CANNOT BE INFECTED WITH RABIES (only mammals)
2) There is no way you can get "checked" for rabies. If they wanted to test you for rabies they would have to crack your head open and inspect your blood cells. Yes, that's the only way.
Our high school has a cat who lives next door and usually will find its way into classes, teachers usually pat him and the school doesn't seemed bothered by him.
