My cat doesn't do the face rub thing like I see other cats do... He just looks at me and is like yep you're my human and sleeps on my bed while I'm gone.

No, the orange kitten was taken from it's family and never wants that to happen again. The man is saying that the kitten is annoying, but it's just trying to let him know it loves him and never wants him to leave.
