What you did was not a pun. In my country we call it jejemon where you're too lazy too type the actual word so you type something shorter that sounds the same as the actual word
I was replacing the words with letters that sound similar in order to follow the Theme of the above pun...thought it would be funny but I guess because people these days do this while texting my puns have lost all power :(
