The Murica meme is my least favorite because of it's only point being to bash America. In fact people like wrath stretch far for jokes like that, without thinking them through and realizing they don't even make sense.

I feel like you may be missing the cultural and socio-political themes that lie behind the meme, and cannot fully appreciate the joke being depicted in the picture. Everyone is aware that there are Macdonalds everywhere, but if I truly have to explain the meaning on why the "murica" meme is used here, then perhaps you may not be keen on social cues.
