We complain about traffic when others don't have shoes. Pizza doesn't get delivered fast enough, and a mother is burying her child that starved to death. Not enough hot water to take that long shower, entire villages drinking water from mud puddles.
The more you give a spoiled child the more they will want. I know that's probably a bit bitchy, and may sound condescending, I don't mind the down votes I will inevitably receive. There's a fundamental problem with greed that enables a society to have far too much, while others suffer.

I agree one wants more than the next man to feel better or superior
I think we humans are just by nature seeking more for ourselves. I think if we finally have everything we need, then we start getting everything we want, and I don't believe we'll ever stop wanting more. We're spoiled.
Spider on my wall dies the first time? How about no spiders on my wall at all?

Don't kill spiders. They actually benefit the ecosystem and keep your house free from unwanted pests. Rather put them in a jar and then release them outside of you want to get rid of them.
My friend replied to my text (which I had sent quite a while ago) right as I was reading the text one :S

Funny how half of these first-world problems can be solved by just planning stuuf ahead, like charging your phone, taking pens with you, buying extra milk and good erasers, listening to your own mp3 collection...
Also, in a perfect world, OP would have taken about 15 minutes to learn how to basic Gimp.
The spider one really isn't on my high list. Mosquitos and flies are. Spiders are OK until they touch me. But they normally don't because they're all happy in their web.
Thumbs down it is then!

Love will find a way
Anywhere I go
I'm home
If you are there beside me
Now that I've found you,
Love will find a way
Now I realize
Love is never wrong
And so it never dies
