I think "Comaprison" should be the title of a novel about a person in a coma, who dreams about being imprisoned, and the dream is actually a huge metaphor of what happens around his body in the real world. And at the end, there is an incredible plot twist in the real world, but the reader understands what is going on only by reading about what happens in the dream.
