Asking parents for money

My dad always offers me more cash then what I need..if I say can I have thirty bucks for the movies he'll give me fifty. He's always worried I'll not have enough.

Me and my dad had a massive argument coz he was trying to give me £20...

It actually goes like this:
Dad, can I have 50 dollars?
40 dollars? What do you need 30 dollars for? Here's 20 and don't lose those 10 bucks

my parents always give me tons of money whenever they get the chance but I feel really awkward and guilty accepting it.
