Well, i doubt the couches are thinking "oh no i kinda like this pink color. I must be gay."
It is much more likely that they dont like it because they were raised believing that pink is feminine and therefore concerned that the players might not feel as tough and football requires a confident mindset.
As I said beofre, they must have issues, if they are supose to be men, what the hell do they care if the damn room is full of kittens and unicorns an soft colors?
Literally just had this conversation at school when someone said how the guys wouldn't like it if our house shirts were purple.
I have decided that my life mission is to piss off as many men as possible through only feminism.
Well, feminism goes both ways, you know? Girls get equal rights and guys get equal rights. I'm all about abolishing gender roles and that shit, so it works.
Yes, I think we all understand that feminism is about equality. What I'm questioning is how you think the colour of your house shirts making males uncomfortable, calls for feminism. Also, feminism is not about pissing men off, as you put it. Feminism should be about awareness and education.
No, I mean that a bunch of girls were saying how the shirts couldn't be purple or pink because the guys wouldn't like that unless they were gay and I was getting pissed off about how girls are allowed to like every single color but the second a guy likes pink or some other "girl" color, they're gay. So there's the equality shit.
I guess "piss off" was pretty bad phrasing on my part. "Make uncomfortable"? Does that work better?
Ah yes that makes much better sense, thanks for clearing that up. I'm sorry for being a hardass about it. Feminism gets enough bad press as it is, I wouldn't want any more ammo to be given to naysayers, you know? Hope you have a good week, love. :)
