The air in chip bags is to protect the chips and keep them fresh, because it's not actually air, it's nitrogen. Also, all chip bags have the mass of the chips on the bag, so you know how much your getting, so stop complaining.

If you dumped the Pringles in a chip bag I bet you'd have less chips
