Not true. I eat a bowl of cereal almost every night and not ONCE in the past 8 years have I had a single bad dream. Although I can only recount having one or two nightmares in my life, period. Everyone's different, but this fact doesn't apply generally, I don't think. Probably not even a fact at all.

It's actually eating cheese that sets off the hormone to give you nightmares, so depending on what you eat, you shouldn't get them.
