Saying that a storyline is better is not a valid answer since that is determined by opinion. But since we are going down there anyways, I prefer DC over Marvel because of the deep character development it has, aside from superman which just has first world problem issues. Besides the super heroes you don't know are way cooler than the ones you do know.
The super heroes I don't know? I'm an avid fan of both DC and Marvel, I've read every comic I could get my hands on for both and done research on every character I've come across, so I do understand the dynamics behind the characters, which is why I prefer Marvel. In terms of DC the only storylines which really captured my fancy were the Bat-fam ones, the Green Lantern ones, the Superman- Godfall was okay, Timberwolf rocks, and Lobo. But that's about it.
Green lantern? I always preferer any other lantern than the green ones. Heck there's a cat, Dex-Starr, who is part of the red lantern. Dex-Starr is like my favorite superhero, but everytime I mention him no one know who he is.
Well, I said Green Lantern, but my favorite was Kyle Rayner, who pretty much used all of the rings. I've come across Dex-starr in the DC comics database, never really read up on him though.
The original The Vision appeared in 1940 when Marvel was still Timely.
Swamp Thing and Man Thing were made by roommates who, according to legend, took the base idea of a plant man and ran with it.
Some, like Hyperion, were jabs at other companies, and some, like Electro and Quicksilver, are based on concepts of powers and work differently from similar themed characters.
Sentry is also pretty similar to Superman. But his story is more interesting, since he's similarly overpowered, and struggles with controlling his abilities and dark side.
Omfg, this is perfect
Kim kardashian is not a quality actress by she sure is popular.
