The story of a starving dog

I'm not telling you, it's good to see starving dog. It's bad, without discussions, I'm just saying, that you can't feed dog, when you are dead...

Where does it say the owner died? She was abandoned like thousands of animals are every day, it's disgusting when people do things like that. If the owner had died, she would've been found when they found the dead owner but by the looks of her, she had been abandoned for quite awhile.

I didn't said this dogs owner died, but he could and she could went lost. I react on your reaction, that the owner must be stupid. I'm just showing you another possibility.

Clearly it says abandoned in the backyard so I'm guessing she hadn't run away and gotten herself lost. Don't get me wrong, I like that you're thinking of other optimistic reasons but in this case it's pretty clear and I'm stating that in this case and other cases, where the animals have been left to starve and die, that those responsible should be punished severely.
