Hundreds of years ago, Europeans came and took the land from the natives, stole their holy grounds, fenced them off in reservations, and forgot about it. So, a couple hundred immigrants is upsetting, but having a whole ethnic group's history torn up and moved aside isn't?
People like to use the past as an excuse to sound like a god damn retard even though they have no connection at all to it and probably won't even think about it unless some "racial issue" comes up.

Besides, there was no legal immigratiom system back then. I'm sure we all agree that mistakes were made, but that's all said annand done. Learn from the past, but don't beat yourself or especially your opppnents over the head with it.
Cheating isn't okay, but it happened nevertheless, and as a result the white European invaders now own the land and the native Americans don't (except on reservations). The ends do not justify the means, but at the same time, the means don't nullify the ends.
