Someone who knows about cats or sciency stuff, can all 3 baby cats actually be from the mummy cat even though they are different colours?

Yea, it depends what breeds. Also what colours that breed can be. For example a golden lab can breed with a golden lab and have gold, brown or black coloured puppy. It's weird but it happens.

It's called incomplete dominance and recessive alleles also can come into play
