well people insult people out of jealousy,,, if they're not jealous then why would they care about what people do, you don't even know the guy so why judge him?
Because we are too busy judging his life, because we don't want to see the mess we did in our lives when we was judging someone other's lives... And it's sometimes too big mess for one person to balance and live... So we are jealously sitting in the corner, loudly critizise him and curse our cursed lives, because we just can't handle the mess we did and in little corner of our dark souls we know, it's just our fault.
Amazing how you can tell all those things from a simple picture. Bravo.

He obviously enjoys it, he has the finances to pay for it because, well, it's there, and I doubt he would do something like that if he didn't enjoy it. Sarcasm or not, you have no point.
Yes, carlos, because nobody in this world lives outside their means...and "rekt" guest, grow up. Who talks like that.
The post asks us to look closer. Ok, but that would require we actually, I dunno...MEET the guy and get to know him. I happen to have had a friend like this from high school/junior college, and he had sort of a similar setup going. It was in his parents garage. It was literally all he had. Sure, he liked what he had, but this was not a happy dude. He even turned to drugs and alienated his friends/family only a couple years into JC and dropped out. Even so, he could have easily posted something similar. In fact, he was known to take pictures of himself posing in front of other people's cars and pass them off as his own online in an effort to get dates. He even did so with my car, which was pretty weird....
My point is, you know exactly NOTHING from what people post of themselves online. Best case, they will only ever show themselves in the best possible light. Worst case
(Con't) , they are a complete fraud and are trying to take advantage of you and whoever else they can get to fall for their ruse. But, maybe you identify with the guy, and don't mind that the post assumes that you don't have your shit together if you're not like him? Doesn't make much sense at all, but that bubble you're living in must be so comfortable that you just don't shit a fuck, right?

If he has what he wants, then why is he unhappy? And I don't actually identify with the guy very much either. At first it just sounded kinda dickish how you said something so negative about a positive post. I guess I see your point, but anything you said also takes a lot of assuming as well.
Good God, man, how dense can you be?
Yes, he liked a small aspect of his life, mainly material possessions, but he lacked so much more, and for a variety of reasons, could never reach it, or just gave up on reaching it.
Btw, can we maybe stop confusing realism for negativity on this website? It'd really help streamline the comment sections.
As for my assumptions, you'll have to enlighten me. I was positive I was on the side of NOT assuming things...

You assume that he is not what we assumed he was, so really, thinking anything about this pic is assuming at this point. There. Enlightened. And really, if he can't satisfy himself with possessions, what can he do? Also, we only tried to make ourselves feel better by imagining a possible happy scenario for this guy, so your realism is respected like any other opinion, but is not relevant. I'm also talking out of my ass due to lack of sleep, so forgive me there.
