Be a better parent than that

This is awful. She should stop smoking for her child, not for the 10 second self esteem boost she'll get when people actually like this.

"Come on jimmy, just 999,999 more likes and I'll stop for you!"

This really pisses me off. You don't care about your child enough to stop smoking,yet you care about facebook likes?

I'm sorry but the mother of this child is a bitch!

Does this child actually know, what's written on the paper, or is she just making fun of everyone and doesn't even thought about quit smoking?

Hate to break it to some of you, but chances are, thats not what is really written there. It just doesn't make sense even if this is real. The way I see it is that the words on the paper were changed to make a attention whoring post that could get a lot of likes from gullible people.
