My friend changed all my contact names

Why would she need to explain that she's his ex? Caroline is t that common a name, and she was still in his phone contacts.

I am getting really sick of a these fake ones. It was probably just his friend. Or when it it says mom and she is really inappropriate, it is a friends contact name name changed to mum, for the sake of the joke.
