Would you take the phone or the gun?

One of my pistols and a flashlight, my wife can hide in the closet and operate the phone.

Well I'll probably already be on my phone at 3 am, so I'll just put it in my pocket, and take the gun. Boom, I have both.

I would grab a knife, but guess it's not the answer :-\

Phone. I'd temporarily blind the bandit with the flashlight, attack them, and call the police.

I would leave my house....

Phone, I know me. If i grabbed the gun I would end up with a hole in my foot. Then again if i shot my self in the foot i could hobble away as the robber was distracted laughing his ass of at me.

I would gtab my phone and order pizza to try and negotiate....

I throw my Nokia at them.

There's a simple sign on our doors, "This door is locked for your protection, not the occupants inside."

Call the police with the phone. Then get the gun and hide. Use the phone to blind the criminal if they come near. Then attack.
