I know why this happens. (Sorry if it sounds too nerdy)

The "dancing" happens because the sodium within the table salt releases the unused ATP (i.e. your body's "fuel") stored within the muscle cells of the frog's legs, thus causing them to contract/expand as if they were still alive.
