A very classy banana split

WHERE EXACTLY IS THIS?

Banana split?
Looks like a crêpe with caramel, banana slices and ice-cream. A restaurant near my house does the same kind of thing.

Anyone in Tampa bay. In the restaurant named "Ella's Folkart Cafe" there is a dessert called the king killer. It is a banana split inside of fried philo dough, with ice cream on top. It is so fucking amazing
