I think that "customer" interaction had actually gone way past the please leave, we're calling the police stage. Once you start insulting the staff, reguardless of the reasons or or justification... that's verbal assault, harassment and arrestable.

I agree, but I think that if you can mentally handle it, an arrest isn't warranted

Yea you may be the one in trouble if you call the police for something so small
