I think those shitty customers should be treated the same way the treat others specially customer service. I don't get it why you should be polite to that kind of scum out there.

Because getting upset only makes things worse, if you stay positive, there's a much greater chance they'll change there attitude, and a lot of the time, they even feel bad for being assholes in the first place, which is a win, to me
