Guess what? This is not USA...it's the Internet. People from alllll over the world here ;-)

The thing is though, that it isn't necessarily an incorrect statement. They DO in fact eat dog meat in most parts of Asia, particularly in North Korea where the poverty is so demanding. So, Franco is not wrong...maybe the way in which he delivered that statement was rather satirical, but certainly not incorrect.
