Well, actually, some people believe that money can buy happiness. As long as you spend it in experiences or good memories. But I guess it depends on the person and what is happiness to him/her.
it can technically buy patience if you're like "here take £1000000 because it's gonna take me a bit longer to do that thing for you." I think they'd be pretty cool with it
Ur lifestyle can be bought from money and ur lifestyle affects ur morals, manners, respect, character, common sense, trust, patience, class and other things
But it can buy you:

2. Leisure time
3. People to clean your house, drive you around, and take care of inconveniences
4. The ability to help out your parents, close friends, and loved ones
5. Make you more attractive in the eyes of romantic interests because you offer comfort, success, and assurance
